So it's only been 2009 for five minutes and Britney has been very busy filling the column inches. She allegedly introduced her 'boyfriend' Sandip Soparrkar (choreographer for WOMANIZER) to her folks... however, nicelytat was informed on the same day that Britney is not involved with this man. Next she's attending her brothers wedding - he's marrying Jamie Lynn's manager just in case you were worried that the family weren't sticking together - and finally it's rumoured that the Madonnatron is joining her on tour. Madge will probably be getting her best frilly Vuitton pants on to try and entice Britney into another on stage snog... in fact - we peered through her mucky net curtains and caught her attempting this very thing!!
... and some $$$ from Louis Vuitton for posing saucily in their new ads. The $10 million she was reported to have got for the ads was denied by LV HQ. We wouldn't mind if she had been paid that much anyway... she is a single mom now after all... and now she's ditched the awful fringe we'll forgive her of anything.
A healthy and lovely looking Britney performed on stage with the Madonnatron and her fringe in LA on Thursday night. Justin Timberlake Trousersname also appeared on stage with Madge and the fringe later that night to perform their hit "4 minutes". No pictures have been seen of Britney and Justin together though.
William Baker says Madge needs to drop the crotch grabbing and get a new concert wardrobe. Kylie's style guru turned designer, buddy who has worked with Minogue for 17 years, said in Sydney that while the Oz poppette has evolved her wardrobe, Madonna's has stayed the same.
"It's tricky when you are a pop star and growing older but there are plenty of ways of still looking hot," Willy B said.
He said Minogue's most recent concert wardrobe, designed by French fashion name Jean-Paul Gaultier, had moved on to a more covered but sexy look. What do we think? Is Kylie looking better than the Madonnatron?
According to thelondonpaper 3000 people complained at Madonna's Wembley stadium gig this week. Angry fans walked out because of poor sound quality in the seated areas and those in the standing area (a none tiered football pitch) simply couldn't see. There's no denying from the pictures in the press that Madonna looked excellent, however hardly anyone at the concert could tell because they could not see her. The big screens at either side of the stage, normally designed to aid those that don't have a good view of the stage, were too low down and still obscured by the hundreds of heads in front of anyone stood on the pitch. The queen of pop came on stage 40 minutes late causing the concert to run on meaning that hundreds of fans missed their last tube. Wembley Park tube station was being controlled by police because of the crush for tube trains when people tried to leave the concert. Angry fans were over heard saying "I've just paid £90 for a Sh*t concert". Madonna performed La isla bonita in the same style as she had done at Live Earth AND her previous tour confessions tour. She also performed her recent hit "4 minutes" in the same style as her recent appearance at Radio One's Big Weekend. Fans felt she had put no effort into the concert, only performing one night in the capital at an over sized venue. Dan from Blackpool, who traveled down especially, said he'd been a Madonna fan for over 10 years but would never attend another of her concerts after Thursday nights poor effort. Some fans even suggested that Madonna might need to think about abdicating. Anyone got any ideas about who she might be able to hand over the crown to?

It's nice to see Madge sticking up for Britney by playing a video of Britney getting stressed out in a claustrophobic elevator on the screens behind her while she sings Human Nature. "I'm not your B*tch don't hang your sh*t on me". It doesn't take a genius to work out what she's saying. Rock on Madge!
